How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12PM are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery within Nairobi usually takes 1–2 business days depending on your area. You will be contacted by the courier on the day of delivery.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
The delivery fee is based on your location and is set by Ultimart Couriers. At checkout, select your road and then your specific area — the exact fee will appear before you complete payment. Rates range from KSh 200 (CBD areas) to KSh 1,500 (far areas like Limuru Town).
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, but only if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp on +254 742 306946 and we will update your delivery details before dispatch.
What if I'm not available when the courier arrives?
The courier will call you before arriving. If you miss the delivery, they may attempt a re-delivery the next business day. You can also arrange for someone else to receive the package on your behalf.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Currently our standard delivery covers Nairobi and its environs via Ultimart Couriers. For deliveries outside Nairobi, please WhatsApp us on +254 742 306946 and we will arrange a custom shipping quote for you.

Absolutely. All orders are carefully wrapped and packaged before dispatch to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. Fragile pieces like crystal earrings are given extra protective wrapping.
